Fill out our End of the Year Assessment Form and you will be entered into a drawing for a free item from the cafe every Wednesday night that we have youth group during the 2018-2019 school year. Two winners will be drawn on the first night of youth group in September.
Forms must be filled out by 11:59pm on May 31, 2018.
