ALL youth need to bring or fill out a MEFC Permission Form form with parent signature. If you have not filled out a MEFC Medical Release Form since July 1, 2017, we need you to fill that form out as well so we have updated information for everyone. We will have blank forms available at the lake if a parent is dropping you off.
