EQUIP is a fun and life-changing training experience designed to help middle school students be disciples who make disciples…who make more disciples.

Basic Details

COST
$25 per person

Price includes retreat training materials, weekend activities and all meals (Friday supper through Saturday supper). Checks can be made payable to Maranatha Evangelical Free Church.

SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarships are available to supplement or cover the cost of the retreat. Please see your youth pastor for more information.

REGISTRATION
Payment and forms due March 30.
$5 late fee for all registration forms received after March 30.

START & END TIMES
Registration begins at 5:30pm. Supper will start at 6pm on Friday, April 8. The retreat will end at 8pm on Saturday, April 9.

How to Register

Soul Garage Youth

Soul Garage youth should submit their $25 payment by March 30. After March 30, a $5 late fee will be added for a total of $30.

Payment Options

In Person

OPTION 1: You may make a payment at the church office during normal business hours of 9:30am-4:30pm.

OPTION 2: You can make a payment on Wednesday night at the Soul Garage between 6pm and 9pm.

Online

You can make a payment online using a credit card (processing fees of $1.32 will apply) by clicking on the button below.

Youth from Other Youth Groups (not the Soul Garage)

To register, youth should submit their $25 payment to their youth leaders by March 30. After March 4, a $5 late fee will be added for a total of $30.

Note: Permission forms and Medical Release forms will be required for all students. If your youth group already has its own medical release form that has been filled out, you won’t have to fill out another form. Check with your youth leader to find out if you need to fill out a permission form or medical release.
