You’ve collected wreath orders and now you need to submit them. Wondering how to do that? Follow the step-by-step instructions below to get all your wreath orders submitted correctly.
Step 1
Click on the button to open up a new window for the online Wreath Order form.
Begin by selecting the drop down option “I am a Youth group member/parent submitting orders I have collected.” See image below
Fill out the rest of the fields on that page providing the youth group member’s name and contact information. Click “Next-Wreath Orders” to move to the next page.
Step 2
This is the page where you will enter ALL of your wreath orders. For each item, you will need to provide information for the customer who has ordered that item. If a customer orders more than one item, simply copy and paste or retype their name and contact information for their second item. Make sure to indicate if you have collected money for the order yet.
If you have not received money, please do so as soon as possible. Money is due October 26. Youth families can choose to pay on behalf of their customers and then collect from customers at a later date, if that is preferred.
Click on the button to Checkout at the bottom of the page when you are finished entering ALL of your wreath orders.
Step 3
Confirm that the summary accurately reflects your order so that we purchase the correct number of wreaths for your customers.
If your order summary matches your orders and the amount is the same amount that you have collected or that you are collecting, then click “Submit” to turn in your orders. If there is a discrepancy, click “Back to Page 2 – Wreath Orders” and double-check your orders.
Step 4
Gather your money that you collected and your order form (if you used one). Submit both the paper order form and your money in one of the following ways:
- Sunday morning (10/23/22) – Michelle Nord will have a Wreath Fundraiser table in the Fellowship Hall at Maranatha in between and after morning services
- Weekday office hours (10/24/22-10/26/22) – Wreath orders can be turned into the church office between 9:30am-5pm
- Youth Group (10/26/22) – Wreath orders can be turned in at the cafe between 5:45pm-8:45pm.
