The wreaths are here! If you sold wreaths, please read this entire post so that you know what is expected of you.
Wreath Handling
Use care and caution when handling the wreaths so that they are in good condition when you distribute them to your buyers.
Vehicle Size
Please keep the number of wreaths sold in mind when determining what vehicle to use to pick up your wreaths. If you need to make several trips to pick up all of your wreaths, make sure that you communicate clearly with Pastor Tony.
Pick-Up Times
You must pick up the wreaths to distribute to your buyers during one of the following times:
- Sunday, November 11, between 8:30am and 12:30pm
- Text Pastor Tony (715.642.5132) before you arrive so someone can meet you at the pick-up location.
- Wednesday, November 14, between 6pm and 9pm
- Go to the Soul Garage first, before driving to the pick-up location.
- By appointment only – Monday-Friday between 10am and 5pm
- Sunday, November 18, between 8:30am and 12:30pm
- Text Pastor Tony (715.642.5132) before you arrive so someone can meet you at the pick-up location.
All wreaths must be picked up by 12:30pm on Sunday, November 18.
Pick-Up Location
Once you have followed the instructions above to let someone know you are there to pick up wreaths, you will need to drive around the north side of the Soul Garage (between the Soul Garage and Thomas Precision) to the large overhead garage door of the storage area affectionately referred to as “Cold Storage”. You can access this entrance by driving towards the back Thomas Precision parking lot and then turning left on the gravel drive that leads to the garage door.
Payment
If you have not yet collected payment from all of your buyers, make sure to do so when you are delivering the wreaths. Any outstanding payments not collected and submitted to Pastor Tony by November 30 will be deducted from your profits.
Delivery Deadline
All wreaths must be delivered by November 24, 2018.
