Swimming, water slides, lazy river! Sound like a good time?  Join us on Friday & Saturday, August 3-4 for a trip to Wilderness Territory in Wisconsin Dells.

SCHEDULE

Friday

12:45pm – Meet at Soul Garage

1pm – Leave for Wisconsin Dells

4pm – Arrive at hotel, check-in, and gather items for waterpark

5pm – Supper

6pm – Arrive at Wilderness Territory

10pm – Return to hotel

11:59pm – Lights Out

Saturday

8am – Breakfast

9am – Check out of rooms and leave for Wilderness Territory

9:30am – Arrive at Wilderness Territory

12pm – Lunch

2pm – Depart for Rice Lake

5pm – Arrive at Soul Garage

HOW TO REGISTER

To register for the water park trip:

1. Fill out the registration form by filling out this form.

   NOTE:  You must fill out this registration form by 11:59pm on Monday, July 30.
2. Download and print off the two forms below (Permission Form and Medical Release Form).  If you are under 18, have your parent or legal guardian fill out and sign the form.  Drop off the forms at Maranatha Evangelical Free Church during normal business hours (Monday-Friday between 9am and 5:30pm) or bring it with you on Friday, August 3.  NOTE:  You will not be permitted to go on the water park trip without first providing a signed copy of the Permission Form and the Medical Release Form.
3. Pay $55 to Maranatha Evangelical Free Church (check or cash).
